Can I switch plans later?
As a lifetime deal customer, you will enjoy 25% extra discount if you want to upgrade your plan. Lifetime plans will not be available later. It's best to choose a life time deal now that supports your future needs.
Will you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not happy after 1 year, we will issue a 50% refund. No refunds can be offered after 2 years of buying the plan.
Can I make part payments or instalments?
No. The prices are heavily discounted already.
Can I resell or transfer my plan?
No. The plan is configured on a workspace for your company. It can only be used for hiring at this company.
What happens if our company or Cutshort gets acquired?
If Cutshort gets acquired, the acquiring entity will either honor your lifetime deal OR provide a 50% refund if the service is no longer available. In case your company gets acquired, the lifetime deal will remain valid for your brand's hiring but won't extend to other brands under the new ownership.
We have multiple entities. Can we use this for all of them?
No. The plan is configured on a workspace of one company. Please purchase for each entity separately.
